| We serve the dynamic industry of Built Environment in assessing energy efficiency of properties in Greater Manchester. We perform commercial building energy assessment and during our survey we collect data that is used for analysis and to produce EPC reports for properties that are being constructed, sold or leased. EPC must be produced for all commercial buildings including small retail units, big offices and industrial units. | HOW WE WORK TO PRODUCE EPC REPORTS ? |
It is easy to work with us, to start we need to ask few questions before we send you a price quote for a survey. Upon your approval we will book an inspection time that is convenient for you. Within five working days of our inspection we will produce an Energy Performance Certificate and a Recommendations Report for you. Once the payment has been made, we will do the lodgement of EPC with the UK Government approved agency Landmark Registry. You can pay us by writing a cheque payable to “Energy Feat” and there is no VAT applied to our services.

| Property Agents are required by law to inform potential buyers or tenant about the energy performance of a building. Energy Feat works independently for Solicitors, Property Agents, and Building Owners to give them speedy service of EPC reports. As time is of utmost importance to property buyers and sellers, agents must be proactive in completing all documents to mature a deal. Energy Feat meets this need by producing EPCs urgently, our assessors can conduct surveys over the weekends. We need access to all rooms to examine the windows, boiler, heating appliances, electric and gas meters and cellar if there is one. A record is made along with the photographs taken during the survey and we aim to provide energy assessment certificates within 5 working days of an inspection.
